Breathtaking works of art from Li wei (Unphotoshopped)

As we have seen in the previous articles, most of the artists were able to bedazzle us with their awesome photo manipulations. But, what if an artist could produce breath taking results without manipulations. As anyone who watched the opening ceremony of the recent Beijing Olympics will attest, China has been enjoying a burgeoning of the performing arts in recent years. One of the most striking artists to emerge from this thriving scene is Li Wei, who has become renowned for his arresting and seemingly gravity-defying photographic work. Strangely enough, his works are not photo-shopped but are a result his awesome skills.

Awesome examples of transparent screen + Tutorial

Move aside SONY, we designers have our own way to make our laptop screens transparent. Well, it is fun and awesome. In this article, I will show some really cool examples of desktop and laptop screens which seem to be “transparent” but it is just a clever manipulation of a photograph. It is a very skilled procedure to make it look exactly real. A little bit of adjustments in the lighting conditions and some contrast values is sure to get the transparent screen up and running. It is also a clever way to fool your friends 🙂

This week has definitely been ‘Photography week’. We have seen some amazing pictures of Snow crystals and brilliant works of talented photographers. But, this article is going to beat them all. Its amazing that, everytime I start looking inspirations in the enchanting world of photography, I see newer works which are better and sublime than the previous one. Normally, when we see such photographs, we just adore the hard work put in by the guys who shot them and we tend to ignore the true meaning the picture tell us. But, if we do, it is simply a feeling of exquisiteness that we get.
